Terms of Service

Effective Date: 21 October 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of the AgileNet app, its AI Workers and the related services, features and content (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Agile Labs Ltd ("AgileNet", "we" or "us"). Please read them carefully.

Agile Labs Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16213314. Registered office: 182-184 High Street North, Office 11488, London, England, E6 2JA. You can contact us at legal@agilenet.name (these Terms) or support@agilenet.name (support and refunds).

By creating an account or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organisation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies.

AgileNet provides AI-powered tools ("AI Workers") that help with tasks such as interview practice and feedback, and related workflows. Individual AI Workers may have their own features and usage limits. If you have a separate written agreement with us, for example for consulting or implementation services, that agreement governs those services and prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

  • Features may be added, changed or removed
  • Access to some features may be limited, invitation-only or subject to usage limits
  • Some features need a microphone, a supported browser and an internet connection
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service
  • You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account and your devices secure, and for all activity under your AgileNet account
  • Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, sold or transferred
  • The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date
  • Tell us promptly at support@agilenet.name if you think your account has been used without your permission

Parts of the Service use service credits. Credits are used as you use features such as AI answers and voice. The number of credits used depends on how you use the Service; for example, longer sessions, more detailed answers and larger documents use more credits. Your balance is shown in the app. New accounts may receive free trial credits, which may be subject to a daily allowance and to the conditions shown when they are offered, and which may expire or be withdrawn. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be exchanged for money, except where a refund is available under section 4.4 or the law requires.

You can buy a pack of credits in the app. A pack is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, and we do not charge you again unless you make a new purchase. Credits that you buy have no expiry date, subject to section 11. If we permanently close the Service, we will refund unused paid credits where the law requires. The price, the number of credits in the pack and any VAT are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. We may change prices or offer other packs at any time; a change does not affect a pack you have already bought.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, whose terms also apply to the payment. Credits are added to your account after the payment is confirmed.

  • Unused pack. Until you have used any credit from a pack, you can ask for a full refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@agilenet.name. The refund is made to the original payment method, and the credits of the refunded pack are removed from your account.
  • Consumers' right to cancel. If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want your credits to start immediately and that you understand that once you use any credit from the pack, your 14-day right to cancel ends. By ticking that box you agree to this.
  • After use. Once you have used any credit from a pack, your right to cancel that pack ends and we do not refund the pack or part of it, except where your statutory rights require (see the last item in this list).
  • Refunds on request. Refunds are made only on request and within the time the law requires.
  • Your statutory rights. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer. For example, if digital content or a service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The Service uses artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes. Output generated by the Service ("Output") may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, fabricated (sometimes called "hallucinations") or unsuitable for your purpose, and the same request can give different results.

  • Output is not professional, careers, legal, immigration, HR, medical or financial advice, and you should not treat it as such
  • We do not guarantee any particular result, such as an interview outcome, a job offer or a business result. Feedback is not a prediction of any outcome
  • You are responsible for reviewing Output before you rely on it or share it, and for how you use it, including anything you submit to others
  • The Service relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure that we do not control and that may change or be unavailable
  • Keep your own copy of anything important

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

  • use the Service or Output in breach of any law or of rules that apply to you, or to deceive or mislead others
  • use the Service to impersonate another person, to deceive anyone, or for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, discriminatory or abusive purpose
  • submit content that you do not have the right to submit, including personal data of other people, or record or capture other people's voices without any notice or consent that the law or the setting requires
  • submit sensitive personal information (such as health, ethnicity or religion) unless it is needed for your purpose
  • infringe anyone's privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality or other legal rights
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, probe or scan its security, interfere with or overload it, or introduce malware
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service, use automated means to access it, or use Output to build a competing service
  • circumvent usage limits or credits, or create multiple accounts to obtain additional trial credits

You are responsible for how you use the Service and its Output, including obtaining any consent needed to capture other people's voices or information.

"Your Content" means the material you submit to the Service, such as documents, messages and audio. As between you and us, you keep your rights in Your Content, and you may use Output for your own purposes. Output may not be unique, and similar Output may be given to others.

  • You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and transmit Your Content, and to share it with the service providers that help us run the Service, only to provide, secure, support and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and to give us this licence
  • If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you

The Service, including its software, design, content and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own personal or internal business purposes, in line with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

The Service works with third-party services, such as Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments) and cloud and AI providers. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for services we do not control, and the Service may link to websites that are not ours. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or accurate, or that it will meet your needs
  • We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue the Service or any feature of it, and may carry out maintenance, at any time

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that digital content and services are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described, and provided with reasonable care and skill.

  • You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account or delete your data, email privacy@agilenet.name
  • We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Service, other users or others, if we are required to by law, or if we stop providing the Service
  • If we end your access because you breached these Terms, you may lose unused credits, to the extent permitted by law
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including sections 4.4, 5, 7, 12, 14 and 15
  • 12.1 Liability that is not limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • 12.2 Excluded loss. Subject to section 12.1, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • 12.3 Overall cap. Subject to section 12.1, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and £100.
  • 12.4 Business users. If you use the Service for the purposes of a business, you are not a consumer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law are excluded for you, and sections 12.2 and 12.3 apply in full. Nothing in this section 12.4 limits section 12.1.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, the law or our suppliers. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Where the law requires, we will tell you about material changes. If you continue to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, you should stop using the Service. A change does not apply to a purchase you have already made.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

  • Events beyond our control. Subject to section 12.1 and to your statutory rights as a consumer, we are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of internet, cloud, AI-provider or payment services, power or network outages, cyber-attacks, industrial action, fire, flood or acts of government.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier version or understanding.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues in effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we give it up.
  • Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company, for example in a reorganisation or sale of our business, if this does not reduce your rights. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
  • Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
  • Notices. We may give you notice by email or by posting it in the Service. You can contact us at the addresses below.
